These adorable ‘little braids’ of cow’s milk mozzarella are the pride of Puglia, the birthplace of Vannella Cheese. Stretched and plaited by hand, their intertwined tendrils provide a pleasantly chewy texture.
They're so good, we recommend enjoying them on their own! Treccine also compliment being served as a starter with salumi, bread, and olives. Treccine are a must in Italian deli counters, and offer a very unique looking presentation in a restaurant setting.

ORIGINATING IN PUGLIA
Vito Minoia became an apprentice cheesemaker at the age of 16 in Puglia, Italy. He has been producing traditional handcrafted cheese for over 50 years.
