Did you know our founder and head cheesemaker, Vito Minoia, introduced the Burrata & Stracciatella to the Australian market in the early 2000s? These cheeses originate in Puglia, Vito's birthplace, and is where he learned how to make them in the traditional way at the tender age of 16. Now, we produce these decadent products for thousands of venues across the country, and we like to think the Burrata & Stracciatella he makes here is even better. That's because we pride ourselves on using local grass-fed milk and cream. High quality ingredients make all the difference.

ORIGINATING IN PUGLIA
Vito Minoia became an apprentice cheesemaker at the age of 16 in Puglia, Italy. He has been producing traditional handcrafted cheese for over 50 years.
