This unique, stretched curd cow’s milk cheese, is hand kneaded into a flat rectangular sheet. Traditionally, Sfogliata is filled with a selection of antipasti or fresh ingredients, rolled up and sliced into delectable cheese roulades.
We like filling it with thinly slice prosciutto and fresh, crisp rocket. With it's mild, milky taste, it's the perfect blank canvas ready for you to add your culinary creations. Try grilled zucchini and black olive tapenade, or even tuna and capers!
