These adorable hand-tied knots of cow’s milk mozzarella are the true bocconcini of Puglia, the birthplace of Vannella Cheese. Easy on the eye and playful in the mouth, their mild, milky flavour is enhanced by a pleasantly chewy texture.

They're so good, we recommend enjoying them on their own! They also compliment being served as a starter with salumi, bread and olives. Or just like they do on the streets in Puglia, wrap each Nodino with a slice of cured pancetta, skewers them and grill on a barbeque.

ORIGINATING IN PUGLIA

Vito Minoia became an apprentice cheesemaker at the age of 16 in Puglia, Italy. He has been producing traditional handcrafted cheese for over 50 years.
